Current Researches:

• Production and converting of thermoplastic starch, poly(lactic acid) and poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) based blends, compounds and composites
• Encapsulation of bioactive compounds (e.g. drugs, vitamins and antimicrobial agents) into biopolymeric nanoparticles
• Fabrication of metal nanoparticles (e.g. silver and palladium) using green technology for active packaging
